- Not use the service for attacks, malware, spam, or other harm.
- Not use the service to harm minors or distribute inappropriate content.
- Keep your device secure and not share install files that contain sensitive configuration.
- Not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or commercialize the service.
- Not use a tampered version of NunuVPN.
- Not share NunuVPN nodes or configuration with others.
4. Limitations
We work hard to keep the service stable and fast, but please understand:
- Network conditions vary; we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or fixed speeds.
- The service may pause for maintenance, upgrades, faults, or force majeure.
- Some nodes or routes may change for compliance; we aim to keep overall availability.
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Intellectual property
NunuVPN's app, brand, docs, and UI are protected by copyright and related laws. Without written permission you may not reverse-engineer, modify, resell, or otherwise commercialize the service. You retain the right to use the service to protect your lawful interests.
6. Changes and termination
We may improve, adjust, or discontinue parts of the service. For major changes we will notify users in-app or on the website. If the service ends, we will try to provide export or migration guidance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use or inability to use the service. Because the service is free and we charge nothing, our potential liability to any single user is capped at zero.
8. Governing law
Interpretation and disputes under these terms should, where mandatory local law allows, be resolved amicably. We aim to keep open, honest communication with every user.
9. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or on the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
